Road to Rome 2021 is a participative relay march to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our non-profit European Association of the Via Francigena ways (EAVF), and we need your help to make it a big success! Join us this summer for an epic journey along the entire 3200km of the Via Francigena, a European cultural route that runs all the way from Canterbury in England to Santa Maria di Leuca in Italy. Our slow travel adventure kicks off on the 16th of June 2021 and will last for 127 days. We'll be walking and cycling our way through England, France, Switzerland, Italy and Vatican City until we arrive in Rome on the 10th of September and in Santa Maria di Leuca, our Finisterrae, on the 18th of October: the final destination of our journey.
